Enquiries & projects
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship. Project work is governed by a separate proposal, quote, or contract agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, logos, and branding are owned by iCreativate or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for fair dealing or other rights allowed by law.
Accuracy
We aim to keep information accurate and current. We do not invent client logos, testimonials, awards, or performance statistics. Product pages marked as Phase 2/3 stubs are intentionally incomplete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, iCreativate is not liable for loss arising from use of or reliance on this website's content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
